The serial number of my choice seems to be not available
Please note all book collections sell by serial number. You may choose your preferred serial number from the list of available numbers in our website www.pinecasterbook.com
If a number is not included in that list, then that means THAT NUMBER IS NOT AVAILABLE. Please note that email messages asking for given serial numbers will not be answered. Whatever is available it is listed. Please choose your preferred serial number from the list of available numbers in our website.
I have already confirmed and pre-paid my order. When will I receive my order?
The first books will ship in early December 2021. Shipments will follow a chronological order of received payments. The first Orders confirmed and paid will be the first to ship.
Before we ship your order, you will receive an email notice asking for confirmation of your shipping details. In case there has been a change please update your delivery information. If we don’t receive any news from you within 48hrs of sending this announcement, we will proceed to ship your order using the information we have in our records, which is the one you provided when you confirmed the order.
I didn't get a confirmation email. Did you receive my order?
Please check your spam or junk folder and make sure to add email@example.com to your safe senders list. You can also confirm if your order was submitted by checking your Status of Current Orders log-in at (http://pinecasterbook.com/my-account.) using the access information received in our welcome email.
What is my order status?
You will receive an email confirmation every time there is an update or change of status in your order.
You may also check your order status by login into your account at http://pinecasterbook.com/my-account.
Remember your order will go through these stages:
- On-Hold: We received the order and we are in the process of verifying your information.
- Processing: Your order has been validated and it is ready for shipping status. Please remember the books will start shipping no earlier than early December 2021.
- Completed: Your order has been shipped via UPS or alternative Courier service. An email with tracking number has been sent.
Can I cancel my order?
Only Orders which have NOT been shipped are eligible for cancellation.
If you Order status is COMPLETED, you cannot cancel your order.
If your order status is COMPLETED and you would like to cancel your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org confirming your order number and the reason why you are willing to cancel your order.
What happens if my order has been shipped and I cannot cancel my order?
We are sorry, but your order has been processed beyond the point that it can be cancelled. You may return it to us for a refund. Please note that all returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All return shipping costs are to be paid by buyer. When we receive the return in the same exact condition as it was sent, we will issue a refund.

Returns: How do I return a book for a refund? Insurance claims
You have a 48-hour approval period on your order.
If you are not satisfied with the order please email email@example.com asking for a return. You will need to send this email within 48 hours of having received your orders. Once your email is received we will confirm approval of your return.
Please note that Return claims past 48 hours will not be accepted.
Should you decide to return your book collection you will have to pay for all/any shipping expenses and send the book fully insured. Any/all insurance claims are responsibility of the buyer.
You will have to use the same original box/packing for returning your book collection.
I’m sorry but we do not receive postal service in our area. You will have to send via UPS prepaid using the same courier service (express saver) as in the original shipment.
PLEASE NOTE WE DON’T RECEIVE POSTAL SERVICE. DO NOT USE POSTAL SERVICE. IF YOU USE POSTAL SERVICE FOR YOUR RETURN, YOUR BOOK WILL NEVER BE DELIVERED TO US, AND YOU WILL LOSE BOTH THE BOOK AND THE PAYMENT.
